After opening the first 3D Virtual Final Exhibition on the Lieu.City platform, Art Rights Prize continues to reserve surprises.
The judges of the Digital Art and Photography categories decreed the first winners of their respective categories carefully selected from the 100 finalists of the digital art prize
PHOTOGRAPHY CATEGORY
The Jury formed by Denis Curti, Lorenza Castelli and Marine Tanguy moderated by Andrea Concas founder of Art Rights, announced the three winning artists of the first edition of the Art Rights Prize for Photography 2020.

1° PLACE: Claire Luxton
Claire Luxton is a British contemporary multidisciplinary artist. Having received a BFA from Goldsmiths University in London, Luxton has created an inspiring series of self-portraits and sculptures, pushing the emotional and physical boundaries of her by becoming both the subject and the “medium” of her works.
Luxton’s work draws on both the modern anxiety of society and the environment; each portrait, painting and accompanying poem becomes an exploration of isolation, desire and uncertainty.
2° PLACE: Gennifer Deri
Gennifer Deri graduated in painting from the chair of Giovanni Dessì, at the Academy of Fine Arts in Carrara. Her works have been exhibited in various collective and personal exhibitions
3° PLACE: Marco Circhirillo
Marco Circhirillo was born in 1980 in Parma, where he lives and works. The passion for the history of art pushes him to constantly dialogue with the great masters. The various series that derive from it, each with its own formal and expressive peculiarities, are often united by the investigation on the theme of the double alchemical.
DIGITAL ART CATEGORY
The Jury composed of Serena Tabacchi, Giacomo Nicolella and Karen Levy moderated by Andrea Concas founder of Art Rights, announced the three winning artists of the first edition of the Art Rights Prize for Digital Art.

1° PLACE: Snow Yunxue Fu
Snow Yunxue Fu is a New York-based international new media artist, curator and assistant in the Department of Photography and Imaging at New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts.
Using computer-rendered topographic images and installations, her practice blends historical, post-photographic, philosophical and pictorial explorations of the aesthetic nature of technology.
2° PLACE: Martin Lukas Ostachowski
Martin Lukas Ostachowski is a German new media artist who lives and works in Montreal, Quebec, Canada.
Geometric abstraction, minimalism and the use of technology are constant in his visual narrative.
Through data visualization, animations and both digital and physical works, he aims to make us reflect on the profound potential of the blockchain to change our society.
3° PLACE: Josh Chaplin
Josh Chaplin is a 3D Artist specialized in the creation of VR worlds, with a generalized approach to the development of visual media.
