Art residence for NFT on the French Riviera
On the occasion of the Present the Future exhibition, the Grand-Hotel du Cap-Ferrat on the Côte d’Azur inaugurates the first art residence in the world dedicated to NFT artists.
The collective of the exhibition is made up of artists and professionals of the sector including: the Franco-Iranian Sassan Behnam-Bakhtiar, Tinie Tempah, the director of VOLTA Art Fair, as well as curator of this initiative Kamiar Maleki and the British digital artist Vector Meldrew .
Six works of Crypto Art have been created for the occasion, and a seventh unique NFT will be coined during the performance organized by Sassan and Tinie, which will be held on the pristine coasts of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat. The NFTs will then be released on the main marketplaces starting June 13, 2021.
“Our goal is to present the world’s first hybrid digital and physical NFT production and minting experience, combining the work of Sassan and Tinie, two immensely important artistic visionaries in collaboration with a master equal in his craft, the digital artist Vector Meldrew. , in a setting that promises to instill a sense of awe and wonder, inspiring new levels of conviviality and creativity in the process, ”says curator Kamiar Maleki.
