1) Obvious and Kamel Mennour together for the gallery’s first NFT sale
The French collective Obvious, famous for having sold the first work created with Artificial Intelligence at Christie’s in 2018, and the blue-chip Parisian gallery Kamel Mennour are ready to land on the Crypto Art market!
This collaboration includes the release of a new drop of three NFT video portraits produced with the help of GAN-Generative Adversarial Networks, a machine learning algorithm, based on a dataset of 16,000 portraits from the history of art.
2) Online the NFT “Invisible Cities” exhibition, inspired by Calvino’s work
It is inspired by the novel of the same name by Italo Calvino “Invisible Cities”, a new art exhibition with NFT that imagines utopian urban landscapes and science fiction environments.
Ten works on display to present a virtual and fantasy world, including works by Dangiuz, available to collectors from all over the world on the SuperRare sales platform until April 30th.
3) Edward Snowden schedules an NFT auction on Foundation
CIA whistleblower and former employee Edward Snowden has released an NFT work titled “Stay Free” which will be offered for sale on the Foundation‘s online platform.
Created on April 14, the work is already up for auction and 100% of the proceeds from the sale will be donated to the organization that defends freedom of the press and information Freedom of the Press Foundation.
